Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • There is no refund of the registration fees upon payment made. Participants are responsible for their own cost.
  • Duplicated payment refund – Full refund, 5% processing fee is DEDUCTED.
  • All refunds will be made after the conference within 15 working days.
  • Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
