• UCSI University Shuttle Bus
  The conference will take place at the Le Quadri Ballroom, located at UCSI University North Wing Campus, Kuala Lumpur. Though close in its vicinity, both North and South Wings are separated by a highway and takes about 15 minutes walk to get to either location.
  Fortunately, getting to North Wing is made convenient by the shuttle bus service available 6 days a week at both campuses.
  
  Shuttle Bus Service Schedule:
  Monday – Friday : 7am – 7:30pm
  Saturday : 7am – 1:30pm
  
  The shuttle stops are located in the vicinities of both campuses. Alternatively, you may also take a short ride to either location via taxi.
  
  
• LRT or KTM
  You can choose to take LRT or KTM and alight at the Bandar Tasik Selatan Station, and take UCSI University Shuttle Bus to the Le Quadri Ballroom, Kuala Lumpur Campus (North Wing).
  
  
• MyTeksi / Taxi
  You can use the Grabcar/Uber App – a smart phone application to cater for booking of taxi services. Available for both Android and iPhone users.
  
  
• Travelling from the airport
  You can refer to the option (ii) and (iii) to the hotel or the conference location from the airports (KLIA and KLIA 2).
  You may also take the KLIA Transit Express Train directly to the Bandar Tasik Selatan train station. The train is available every 15 minutes. Upon arrival, you may proceed to the LRT station where the UCSI University shuttle bus will be on standby.

Every person entering Malaysia must possess a valid Passport or internationally recognised Travel Document valid. The document shall be valid, for more than six (6) months from the date of entry into Malaysia.

Who requires a visa (Please see at http://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/main-services/visa/visa-requirement-by-country )

The above nationals are required to apply for a visa to enter Malaysia. A visa is an endorsement in a passport or other recognised travel document indicating that the holder has applied for permission to enter Malaysia and that permission has been granted. Visa which has been granted is not absolute guarantee that the holder will be allowed to enter Malaysia. The final decision lies with the Immigration Officer at the entry point.

Visa is not required for a stay of less than one (1) month for ASEAN nationals except Myanmar. Visas are required for duration of stay exceeds (1) month except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.
