Conference Fees

As the conference will be conducted in a hybrid mode. The fees structure for Physical and Virtual presenter or participant is varies. The following is the fees structure.

International Presenter with Scopus Publication* (Physical/Virtual) USD400

* The conference fees is including SST tax charges
* Only international presenter is allowed to do online presentation.

Conference Registration

Registration Type Classification
  • Presenter with Scopus Publications (Physical/Virtual)
    A Presenter is an author that presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions on all conference days, who his/her paper will be published in MCRJ Scopus Journals (subject to correction made by the author upon reviewers' comments).
  • Local Participant
    A Participant is an attendee with MyKAD that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days.
  • International Participant (Physical/Virtual)
    A Participant is an attendee without MYKAD that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days.
  • Local Student
    Student is an attendee with a student ID (registered to Malaysian universities) that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days.
  • International Student (Physical/Virtual)
    Student is an attendee with a student ID (registered to non-Malaysian universities) that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days.

*The Conference is non-residential and delegates are kindly requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation. However, the delegates who interested to book Le-quandri Hotel will received special rate discount for the accommodation.

Registration Confirmation
  1. Confirmation of registration is subject to receipt of payment. Please attach the proof of payment together with the registration form.
  2. Your registration will be valid only after the Secretariat verifies the full payment and confirms to your in writing through e-mail. The original copy of the receipt can be collected during registration on the conference day.

Registration Policy
  1. One delegate can attend per registration.
  2. One paper can be presented per registration.
  3. Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  4. Registrations are non-transferable
  5. The deadline for presenter is on 27 January 2023
  6. The deadline for participants is on 10 February 2023
