The Industry Leadership Programme is specially designed to provide quality human capital to the industry. Top students will be recommended for interview to be selected by organisations for a mentorship programme starting from the first year of their undergraduate study. At the end of the programme, organisations have the option of absorbing the students as permanent staff upon the completion of their studies.

Application is open from January to July every year.
Undergraduate students from Business, IT, Engineering, Mass Communication and other relevant courses are encouraged to apply. The required CGPA is minimum 3.0.
