Albert Chai

Managing Director, Cisco Malaysia

Albert Chai brings 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role as managing director, he served as Cisco's director of sales for enterprise and public sector.

Before Cisco, Chai was the vice-president responsible for South East Asia operations with Acision, a global leader in messaging and mobile internet solutions. He also worked in Jakarta as the country director of Logica, recording multiple-fold growth in annual revenue during his tenure.

Chai is a JPA scholar. He graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College London with first-cllass honours and found his true passion helping clients leverage IT as a strategic enabler to deliver better outcome.
