myCo-Op is UCSI University’s own "home-grown" web portal, which was mainly designed to enable Co-Op partners to advertise available vacancies in their organisation and for students to apply for these vacancies directly online.
|

2) How do I register?
|
|
|
For companies:
|
|
|
1. Click on the URL: https://apps.ucsiuniversity.edu.my/mycoop/
|
|
|
2. Click on the ‘Register’ button.
|
|
|
|
|
3. Complete the registration form and click ‘Submit’.
|
|
|
|
|
4. Your registration will be approved by myCo-Op admin within 3 working days and an email will be sent to you with your company’s user name and password.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
For students, your account will be created automatically based on IIS. To login for the first time:
|
|
|
|
|
1. Kindly use your Student ID number as the user ID.
|
|
|
|
|
2.Leave the password blank and click ‘Forgot Password’.
|
|
|
|
|
3. Key in your date of birth and year of birth. Click ‘Create Account’.
|
|
|
|
|
4. The password will be sent to your student email.
|
|
|
|
|
5. You may login and change your password through the ‘My Account’ option.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

3) How do I change my password?
|
|
|
|
|
Simply go to the ‘My Account’ option, key in your new password, select Change Password and click ‘Save My Account’.
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4) How to do I retrieve a forgotten password?
|
|
|
|
|
For companies:
|
|
|
|
|
1. Use your Company Registration No. as your ID.
|
|
|
|
|
2. Leave the password blank and click 'Forgot Password'.
|
|
|
|
|
3. Key in your postal code. Click 'Create Account'.
|
|
|
|
|
4. The new password will be sent to your email.
|
|
|
|
|
5. You may login and change your password through the 'My Account' option.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
